Nguyen vat lieu mua o cua hang Phuong Ha - duong Ham Nghi
Dau tien la danh trung,sau do bo them duong vao, cuoi cung la ruou Kailua/ rum. Sau do quay nong dung dich nay len.
Buoc 2 : Sau do danh kem tuyet cho bong len
Buoc 3 : Lay mascapone ra, danh cho tan,
Sau do tron deu 3 hon hop tren voi nhau ( trung + kem tuyet + mascapone)
Tiep theo pha cafe dam dac + ruou Kahlua
Nhung tung chiec banh lady finger ( banh sam panh) vao dung dich cafe noi tren ( luu y chi nhung mot mat banh thoi, vi lady finger rat de be, cafe se tu tu ngam vao banh sau)
Sau khi tat ca da san sang thi xep vao khuon theo thu tu : banh lady finger, mot lop hon hop kem, rac ca cao len, tiep tuc mot lop lady finger da nhung cafe, hon hop kem , rac ca cao sau khi hoan tat.
